BOXmaker PRO Features and Modules
Control unit
15-inch HD touchscreen with pre-loaded FEFCO standards and expandable memory for up to 3000 models. The interface supports both automatic and manual operation, enabling quick model recall and intuitive workflow control.
Slotting knives
Two 500 mm knives (optional 100 mm segments) made from high-density steel. Automatically positioned via servo motors, ensuring long-term durability and accurate slotting for various board types.
Creasing Wheels
Two standard creasing wheels (optional four) automatically adjusted by the control unit. Integrated scalpel knives allow fast trimming and clean glue-flap formation.
Circular Blades
Dual circular knives provide longitudinal cuts and reformat material edges. Quick-change system allows easy replacement for different production requirements.
Cross-Cut Module
Servo-driven unit enabling transversal cuts anywhere along the sheet. Used for pallet boxes, flaps, or locking mechanisms, eliminating the need for separate die-cut operations.
Printing Module
Single-color flexo printing unit (150 × 470 mm or 300 × 470 mm) for transport markings or logos. Automatic setup via control unit; supports dual clichés for quick changeovers.
Gluing Module
Cold-glue application system with servo control up to 1 m/s. Dispenses continuous lines or dots anywhere on the board. Supports one or two nozzles for flexible single-pass production.
Die-Cut Module
Digitally positioned press for handholes or simple shapes. The die-cutting unit offers automatic positioning and uniform pressure for consistent results.
