BOXmaker Varenne Features and Modules:
Gluing module
Designed for single-pass efficiency, the servo- powered cold gluing system completes the production cycle at speeds up to 1m/s. The unit features an external tank and an internal injector, offering high flexibility with fine-tuned application. The water-based glue can be applied in either lines or dots, ensuring precision and adaptability for various box designs.
Flexo Printing module
The printing unit delivers single-color markings (up to 150mm x 470mm), ideal for transport box labeling. It allows for repetitive imprinting on all four sides or precise placement anywhere on the board, including creased surfaces. For larger requirements, a 300mm x 470mm unit is available. The system supports a 4.35mm cliché thickness, with the option to install two units for dual-side or expanded printing.
Automatic in-feed vacuum table
Automation is the core strength of this model. With automated adjustment of slotting knives, guide rails, and creasing wheels and circular knives — setup time between box styles is reduced to just 30 seconds. The machine is capable of producing over 110 FEFCO codes in a single pass.
