The entire system is managed via a high-definition, 15-inch touchscreen utilizing an intuitive user interface. To streamline production, the control unit comes equipped with a pre-programmed library of standard FEFCO models, while an integrated "Free Mode" gives operators the complete creative freedom to design custom boxes. The machine's standard internal memory comfortably stores up to 250 individual designs, and can be expanded up to 3,000 models upon request to accommodate growing production needs.

Engineered for the most demanding production environments, these slotting knives are crafted from a high-density steel alloy to ensure long-term reliability and exceptional tool life, even when processing heavy-duty 1000gsm cardboard. The machine utilizes two 500 mm slotting knives—composed out of 100 mm segments—which are precision-positioned via a servo-driven threaded spindle. For maximum efficiency and a streamlined workflow, the transversal alloy creasing tool is integrated directly into the knife subframe.

Engineered for precision and versatility, this system features twin units equipped with tool-free, interchangeable heads for seamless transitions between circular blades and creasing wheels. Configurable with up to two tool extensions for efficient longitudinal cutting or creasing, the line supports selective operation to engage at any precise point on the sheet—perfect for complex FEFCO 0204, 0403, and pallet box designs. Integrated scalpel knives ensure an clean finish for glue flaps.

Positioned in the second processing line, the circular knives unit is engineered to drastically increase machine flexibility and overall efficiency. To adapt to diverse production needs, the tools can be easily swapped to create multiple setup combinations. Depending on the job, the line can be configured exclusively with formatting knives for material sizing, perforation knives, or a second pair of creasing wheels. While this dedicated line does not feature integrated scalpel tools, its rapid interchangeability ensures seamless adaptation to any workflow requirement.

Powered by smart servo technology, this cross-cutting module maximizes material yield by effortlessly producing multiple boxes from a single sheet. Its high-speed plunge-cut capability allows the blade to engage at any exact coordinate with pinpoint precision. This advanced control enables the machine to handle complex structural designs with ease, making quick work of internal cutouts like windows and specialized pallet box loading flaps.

Optimized for transport box labeling, this single-color flexographic printing unit delivers high-quality markings with a maximum printable area of 300mm x 470mm. The advanced control system allows for continuous, repetitive imprinting on all four sides of the carton, or pinpoint placement anywhere on the board—including over complex, pre-creased surfaces. The module natively accommodates a 4.35 mm cliché thickness. For operations requiring higher throughput or branding complexity, the system can be upgraded with two units for simultaneous dual-side or expanded printing.

Engineered to optimize the workflow, this servo-powered cold gluing system completes the entire production cycle in a single pass at speeds reaching up to 1 m/s. The advanced system utilizes an external tank and an internal injector, granting operators precise, fine-tuned control over the adhesive application. To accommodate diverse box designs and engineering requirements, the module applies eco-friendly, water-based glue in either continuous lines or precise dot patterns, ensuring flawless bonding with absolute adaptability.

Designed to add functional and custom elements to your packaging, this movable die-cut press is the ideal solution for creating handholes and unique structural shapes. The module features an interchangeable tool design with a standard tool dimension of 150 x 100 mm, giving you the freedom to easily switch shapes based on job specifications. To match your specific workflow volume and maximize throughput, the system is fully scalable—allowing for the installation of up to two independent die-cut modules.
